  I desperately wanted to really like this location bc it's the closest to my house. But I've had it!!! Since day 1, on numerous occasions they forgot to prepare my cup. Also on numerous occasions they claim they never got my mobile ticket. The only reason I do mobile order is bc I don't want to deal with the most unfriendliest and most miserable staff. But today was the last straw. My drinks were made but I kept waiting for my bagels. I was boiling up inside bc I'm thinking, oh great, today is day 30 of their screw up. I mentioned it to one girl and she looked at me like I was lying. Then the girl who made the bagel just handed it to me with no apologies. For some reason this location made the worst coffee. I've been to many other locations ordering the same drink and it's to perfection and they have friendlier and apologetic staff. I really hope they change their attitude and fix their supposedly never getting mobile order tickets. I'm so pissed that now I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the second nearest location. I heard they're very friendly over at Wheatley Mall
