  Food is always first class and highest quality. Staff goes out of their way to make sure your meal was exactly as expected. Ambiance and décor is warm and smart having recently been redecorated. Others have written negative review that I just don't understand or agree with. I have enjoyed at least 6 meals there in the last 3-4 months. Don't take my word, try it yourself.

  Perhaps this was a 5 star restaurant 5 years ago but now the food was tasteless. Salmon had no taste and was watery, The short ribs were huge, stringy and 4 thin pieces of asparagus were soaking in the globby sauce. Tasted like a pressure cooker meal with little flavor. Salad dressing was brought over in a tiny plastic dish which toppled over when you pick it up. Salad was chopped up and soggy, worse than school cafeteria food. Toasted bread was supermarket quality. No ice bucket for large Pellegrino, inattentive waiter and staff. Rude manager. Owner is in denial. Will not return.
